Service Description. This Site describes Wedding Photography, Wedding Videography, Engagement Photography, Family Photography, Graduation Photography, Headshot Photography provided by Xandar Blankenship Photo & Film. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://photographermeadowbridge.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Xandar Blankenship Photo & Film or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xandar Blankenship Photo & Film's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Xandar Blankenship Photo & Film in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under WV law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in WV for any related dispute.
